Corfu Buddha Hall is in Magoulades, a village in the north-west of the island of Kerkyra just 3km away from Arillas and San Stefanos. It’s around 45 km or a 1-hour-drive from Corfu Town, the island’s capital and where the airport, ferry port, and bus station are located.
Corfu , "Kerkyra" in Greek, is a charming and vibrant island in the Ionian Sea with a rich history, Venetian forts, cultural influences, cypress-studded hills, and sandy coves lapped by cobalt-blue waters. It is also known as The Marmaid Island© for its shape and its unique energy . The island is also touched by the "Archangel Micheal – Apollo Axis" and it has a church dedicated to Archangel Michael in the ruins of Angelo Kastro castle, on the north west cost.
The weather is warm and dry during all the summer season. It is a very special land which gifts us with a unique combination of stunning natural beauty, history, rich and ancient traditions and lots of magic. GETTING HERE
Corfu, called Kerkyra in Greek, is a popular holiday destination. Several airlines and low-cost carriers serve the island from/to most European destinations. We advise you to book early as affordable tickets sell out fast for the high season.
Ferries arrive daily from mainland Greece and from several ports in Italy. Daily bus services from/to Athens, Thessaloniki and many other Greek cities are another option.
The Shuttle Service is provided UPON REQUEST and in accordance with your event organizers’ plans. Please let us know if you will be requiring this service for your transport between Buddha Hall and Arillas as soon as possible, so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
Taxis are the easiest and most common way to get to Buddha Hall and it is approximately a 1 hour drive. We highly recommend you book your taxi in advance as not all the taxi drivers will know how to get to your accommodation or to Buddha Hall.

**Taxis should be booked beforehand, at least 24-48 hours before arrival or departure.
If cancelled within 24 hours you will have to pay the full amount.
The Local Green Bus run by KTEL also operates 2 bus rides daily from the Corfu Town main bus station to Arillas Beach and Agios Stefanos, usually one in the morning and one in the early afternoon, and 7 rides a day from Kerkyra to Sidari. The bus ride into Corfu Town can take up to 2 hours.

Buddha Hall has only very limited parking space on the premises.
That is why we have assigned a special parking area just around the corner.
On the first day of the group, one of our staff members will be there to help you find your parking spot. In case you come by car, please have a look at the attached file called PARKING AT BUDDHA HALL you will receive with our Welcome Letter. Scooters and E-Bikes can be parked at Buddha Hall’s parking space.
Bathing suit, beach towel, mosquito repellent and a torch / flashlight, umbrella or rain coat in case of rain. There are many markets in Arillas where you can buy these things from of course if you don't want to bring them from home. Remember any phone and computer chargers or adaptors you might need.
